Conestoga Campground
PO Box 869
White Sulphur Springs, MT 59645March 15,
2008
Dear Members:
The snow is mostly gone. We had
more snow this year than last and we loved
it. Gordon and I were able to get away
for a week to cruise down to Mexico.
We had great weather and had a wonderful
time. While parasailing in Cobo San
Lucas, Gordon had a whale come up under him
and had a birds eye view. From the
boat we saw lots of whales, but Gordon had
the best view. We had a great
vacation.
We are starting to gear up for this
summer. Gordon has made some more
silhouettes to mount around the campground.
We have two couples coming to help this
year. Blanche & Ken will be back and
the Smiths will be new this year. We
are still hoping for another couple to join
our team.
We are planning more ice cream socials, a
women's craft sharing time, and a campfire
as often as the fire department will allow
it. We are looking forward to meeting
more members and enjoying all our visitors
from all over the world.
We are going to have some great
activities in 2008 in White Sulphur Springs. There will be the
Cowboy Poetry Contest in May, a Circus in
July along with the ranchers rodeo and the Pro Rodeo
in Sept. For other activities scheduled for the
2008
summer season, you can check out our chamber
website at
www.meagherchamber.com.
Don't miss the fun, call and make your
reservations today.
Sincerely,
Gordon & Sally Stewart
