More than 300. New resorts are added all the time, so this number is always increasing. Contact RPI for a Resort Guide update for resorts added since the printing of the Resort Guide.

The initial membership fee is determined by the member's Home Resort. Members renew their RPI membership for $65.00 per year (current rate).

Your permanent membership card should reach you within 30 days from the time your application is received by RPI, if it is completely and correctly filled out, and the membership fee has been paid. Membership materials mailed outside of the U.S., or to Canada, or Mexico are subject to additional shipping fees, and may take up to 90 days to reach you.

Your RPI membership is a "member only" system and does not include other family members. However, you are welcome to bring your family with you as long as you don't exceed site capacity limits set by the resort.

Your RPI membership remains valid until the expiration date on your membership card, after which your membership is non-renewable, unless you join another resort that is part of the RPI system.

If I sell my resort membership, is the new owner eligible for RPI?
Yes, the owner should contact his/her Home Resort for details.

I don't always know where I will be. Must I always make reservations in advance?
We recommend that you make reservations as far in advance as possible to assure space. Some resorts require advanced reservations. However, some resorts do not accept reservations and accept members on a first come, first served basis. Please consult your Resort Guide for specific requirements.

Will I always be guaranteed a space or rental accommodation at a member resort?
All reservations are made on a space available basis. RPI cannot guarantee fulfillment at a specific resort.

May I use all of the RPI resorts?
You may use all all of the resorts located outside a 125 air mile (not driving) radius of your Home Resort. If you belong to a chain, your Home Resort is usually regarded as the result in the multi-chain system closest to your home. However, your Home resort may have special reciprocal visiting agreements with nearby resorts.

How often can a person use an RPI resort each year?
You may visit "each" individual resort twice a year, but no more than seven nights per visit. You must be out at least one week before returning.

As a Coast To Coast and RPI member, am I entitled to stay two weeks as CCC and two weeks as RPI ?
No. The rights to reciprocal use are not combined between CCC and RPI. This is controlled by each resort.

I belong to two RPI resorts. Does this entitle me to double the RPI visiting privileges?
No. Individuals receive only one membership to RPI and the rules on visiting privileges refer to "persons" , not "members".

Why do some resorts have extra charges for certain things, such as horseback riding or hookups?
Charges are made to visitors if they are made to the Home Resort Members.

What is the per night charge at an RPI RV resort?
RV Sites are $8.00 per night.

May I bring guests to RPI resorts?
Yes, but the number of persons per site reservation is limited to one family unit plus two additional persons, and no more than four adults. Check in advance with each resort, with regard to specific restrictions.
