January 2017

Dear Members:

Greetings to all our members, friends, and family at Conestoga Campground.  We really appreciate your helping us make the camping experience fun and enjoyable.  God has blessed us abundantly and we see more campers each summer.

We have experienced wonderful summers at Conestoga Campground during the 10 years we have been here.  If you stop by during the summer you will see many changes.  We have worked hard and accomplished many projects.  I have listed below most of the projects.

We rebuilt the deck around the building.

We built a bridge to the island in the pond as well as installed a water feature that includes rocks from our members all over the US.

We are continually adding new silhouettes to the fences and buildings.

Replaced the roof and added gutters on the camp house.

We replace several dead plants and trees every year while doing more landscaping (an on-going project).

Added 6 new full hook-up sites with 30 and 50 amps.

Campers have added more pictures of the area and animals to our picture album.

Check out our new page on Facebook.  You can also keep up to date on the news and what’s happening by going to our Facebook page and becoming a fan.

We are looking forward to the community activities this summer.  Come attend some of the following events: the 4th of July Ranchers Rodeo, the third annual Music Festival the last weekend in July, and of course the Labor Day Rodeo.   For other activities scheduled for the 2017 summer season, you can check out our chamber website at www.meagherchamber.org.

Don’t miss the fun, call and make your reservations.  We already have a full house reserved for the music festival, so you will need to make reservations for the other holidays in advance to insure we have sites available.

We are having fantastic summer and hope you are too.  Make plans now to come and see all the improvements in 2017.

Sincerely,

Gordon & Sally Stewart
